The Role
As a Fire & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault finding of a wide range of fire and security systems across commercial and residential sites throughout the South West.
There is no callout with this engineering opportunity
Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing and maintaining Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Fire Alarm systems
- Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Completing installations and system upgrades when required
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with current industry standards and regulations
- Delivering a professional and customer-focused service at every visit
- Accurately completing service reports and documentation
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience within the Fire & Security industry
- Proven experience working on Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Fire Alarm systems
- Strong installation, servicing, and fault-finding abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A full UK Driving Licence
