    Business Development Manager - Liverpool

     

    Business Development Manager Opportunity 

    Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Working)

    We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing fire and security systems specialist based in Liverpool, who is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth across the region.

    The Role

    As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the fire and security sector.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Identifying and winning new business opportunities within the fire and security market
    • Managing and developing a pipeline of commercial opportunities
    • Building long-term relationships with end users, consultants, and contractors
    • Selling a portfolio of solutions including fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control, and IP CCTV systems
    • Working closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover
    • Preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
    • Achieving and exceeding sales targets

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

    • A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience within the fire and security industry
    • Strong technical and commercial knowledge of:
      • Fire alarm systems
      • Intruder alarms
      • Access control systems
      • IP CCTV systems
    • A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach

    Salary & Benefits
